It's been SO busy, but we're still not even close to done. The $$ has run out, so the rest of the work is up to us to do.

We now have the first layer of Stucco~



We have a roof~



We have our fancy tankless hot water heater - all hooked up~




We have electrical ALMOST done~

We have loads of tile and slate~




We have the slate mortared down to the top of the tub surround (you can almost see it under all the junk)~



We're insulated~

We have our arches in~


And we have LOTS of trash!

and shoot patty everything got off to a great start

i would like to do some work in my kitchen but not quite ready
to go through the remodeling blues - again so soon

next time i'm going to negogiate payment points upon work completion and penalties for delays and cost overuns (anything they didn't estimate - low ball you so they can get the job - then oh we forgot the $10,000 for your granite countertops [img]/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif[/img]) [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70409-waytogo.gif[/img]
