More window treatment ?

The previous owners didn't put any window treatments here..and until people bought the vacant house right across the street, I didn't think about it too much either...


my issue is with the possible accumulation of dust on blinds/curtains and the fact that the little ones have dust allergies
any suggestions?

Somehow by covering up the window you will be losing light inside the house.. just brainstorming...

how about some type of sheer treatment or darken the windows (something along the lines of the tinted car windows.. light comes in and hard for people to see in??) [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70402-thinking.gif[/img]

and i know this because i can see the same exact spot in their house, when the light is on.

they can see thru a similar window in their home into the hallway on the second floor in mine.
