the insides of major appliances....

i have a self cleaning oven. I just "cleaned" it using the self cleaning feature, but it still looks dirty. I need suggestions on cleaning it.

di current mr. ilp caused a mini explosion inside the microwave [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img] now it needs to be seriously cleaned. Any suggestions on products that I can buy, so that he can clean it again this weekend.

I hear that you can clean the insides of dishwashers with bleach. Any truth to this?

Self cleaning oven still sometimes needs some oven cleaner (sparingly). Also, try a raoster pan full of water on high to make steam, then scrub bad spots

Microwave, smae thing, bowl of water, then wipe down right away!

Dishwasher, if it is hard water, TANG works really well, or now they have other products but one bottle of TANG cheaper.

Yeah, the orange drink. If the inside of the dishwasher is discolored, you run a cycle with that, just like it is the regular detergent. In fact, if you have glass or dishes with discoloration, put them in. Then run a regular cycle with detergent. VIOLA!!!
