Re: Flipping. Ever tried it?
My husband has done it a number of times. Purchase houses that are on city or country auction, re-develop the house, then sell. Always a lot of time, effort, and some $$, especially when the house is in a bad condition. Over here houses *must* go through a city or county housing inspection, once as the buyer obtain an occupancy permit. Never knew that the term is "flipping" and we've found it to be a very profitable venture.
