WE have done more to the game room since this shot...added some wall decor...a bar...dart board etc. ITs a real MAN ROOM!

My old Kitchen was TINY!!! two people in it and you couldnt move...BEFORE shots...





And NOW....its big...with LOTS of storage and an island. All open out to the new family room...

The dining room table is in the same spot in both the before and after shots just to get an idea of how different it is now.

Verrry nice Ochi, I love it, love the large kitchen open into the family room. Do you miss your garage? did you have the complete concept prior to having contractors come out or did it evolve once the project started?

No... we still have an unattached garage that is right outside the sliding glass door. YOu can see the building in the pics from the back yard...the hot tub buts up against the garage.

The concept...well it was there on a wish list while we were house hunting last year. WE knew what we wanted...when we couldnt find it. We started looking at remodeling and hubby came up with the floor plan. We took his sketch to an architect who turned it into blue prints.

The light fixtures are from HOme Depot...or was it Lowes. ONe of the two...

That is so wonderful, Ochi! The new house looks soooo much better, besides the additional space! How great that you were able to move out (to your old place) during the process. What you have to do in the spring is plant a whole heapa tree and bush so when youre sitting on your back porch you can tek in breeze and greenery.
