nah...don't push them back down. they're probably fine, but if you think you're going to have more freezing/thawing coming your way, i'd suggest you find some pine boughs and cover them with those.
it's not that early...bulbs should be starting to peek through the ground now...especially if they're in a protected spot.
Here in Ohio my crocus are all blooming, my daffodils have buds about to open and my tulips' leaves are up. Some smaller bulbs i forget the names of are up also.
I am in zone 5 (almost 6), not sure what that part of Canada is...
