Sorry, I missed that before and I was very busy this Holiday weekend. I can only speak to my limited experience, and those of my friend and my sister. We have all had fine luck, with no problems. Shipping speed was reasonable and everything was fine back then (more than year ago).

My friend has a tapestry across the top of hers, and it looks really nice. The same idea in a pillow/cushion would be nice. Just be sure to mind the finished height of a trunk & cushion vs the bed (when made).
