Open Houses

Do you ever go to Open Houses in your area to see what other houses are like and how much people want fgi dem house?

Mi go inna one today, it was on our fav street in town and the house looked non descript from the outside but once you opened the door wow! the layout was great!

downside is that you walked into a very elegant looking 1967 setting but that layout was great!!

2 kitchens with original kitchenaid appliances, double decks , pool, poolhouse, 1.7 acres large garage and lovely dining area.


one room did have 'old person' smell which is the reason why they are selling, the person cannot maintain the house anymore.. but it did have a lot of good features..

one a mi nabes goes to them all.. what better way to see what the house is worth & how well does the house show!

Mister is so all about it! He even took us (my sister, SIL, kids) on one while we were bike riding in South Carolina! Problem is, he wants to see the ones we can NEVER EVER afford!!!! (2.7 something million.....cho!)

In my area a house in that range would carry taxes of about 5K

this one is listed for 899 taxes are about $4800

Kia I saw my houseplan in Westchester County an di price mi pay for ie dung yah was 5% of what it was costing up deh. Mi nealy mwoas jrap dung

I do sometimes, out of curiosity and to get a feel for what my house might be worth. The realtors are usually glad for the bodies.
