(inspired by Loops) [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70409-waytogo.gif[/img]...10 yrs. of working on this place,...and this morning, with this wonderful blue sky and whatnot (not to mention thing about THAT bridge I think maybe we travelled across a month ago), I actually stood back and appreciated what I got, instead of thinking about everything that still needs to be done.... Keep in mind that 6 months after I bought this place, just about everything in the whole yard was bulldozed bottom to top, after the septic system failed....house insulation and heat came a few years after THAT! take a few steps, look left...
down toward the lake a little more, looking back...
traverse over to the dock...
from the end of dock, the "boathouse" cottage, my estuary, and stuff....
...taken from the upper back deck of the boathouse...
...from lower front yard...
...on the edge of the front porch in front of where we park ourselves alot...
...our outdoor kitchen...
...where we sit and drink coffee and burn a few cigarettes at 6:30 most mornings...
