if it is totally flat againt de wall it cyaan tilt.
De only way yuh nuh kno seh it right on the wall is to go try an look behind.
It's about 3" off de wall cah de bracket is on de wall and yes it does tilt. Mi nuh have it tilted though cah mi put it at yeye level when ya sidung suh mi nuh haffee look up.
