Bout to do some laminate....how ?

Anyone ever laid laminate flooring on their own? I need some tips...i.e. cost, cutting, level of difficulty,etc.

cork flooring is a hot item too.
i prefer natural flooring like hardwood. for tile,(kitchen and bathrooms) i used travertine
