Yes, is like calcium build up on it right? mine did get that an eventually died

Bamboo plants, furthermore, are more likely to drown due to over-watering that to die from not enough water given to them. The stalk of the bamboo should be firm but slightly flexible; if the stem is soggy, it is already likely too late to save it. Bamboo plants need be watered only once every day or too, the optimum water level being just over the level of the rocks in the pot. However, the great thing that makes bamboo so easy to keep is that, on occasion, you can put in extra water if you will be away for a weekend or so, and your bamboo will be just fine. Purified water is best as it does not contain the larger minerals which can "clog" the "pores" of the bamboo, thus resulting in a limited capacity for water uptake and an imbalance in the bamboo plant's system, not to mention the smell that will possibly arise and the calcium deposits that you, the owner, will have to get a toothbrush and brush away at.

if is de so so bamboo wah dem call lucky bamboo dem always eventually die.
Only if yuh have de real bamboo can dem grow choo jus about anyting.
