u know I tried to do a raised bed one year with lettuce, but the neighbors cat [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad2.gif[/img] decided to come into the bed, and poop all over the plants..
God knows what else he did..
so I have kinda abandoned the lettuce planting.. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70390-shhh.gif[/img]



I would like to do meschue (sp) lettuce and have dat, but the thought of the cat again...

We did lettuce last year and got about 3 heads before the squirels got to them, they(squirel)also eat some of the sorrel, but I've a pile of stone waiting for them this year.

Oh we planting string beans and broad beans this weekend [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/bannana_purple.gif[/img]
