it was 4.5x higher than dan what we thought it would be

granted it was a lot of work but dang.. we did more when we built my moms place and it was half that..

and the quote was from the same company we used last time ~faint weh~

The contractors dem desperate cus dem nay work, and dem likely fe negotiate prices with you..

winter and early, early spring a u best time fe renovations.
feget dem when it comes to late spring and all a summer..
