mek me seh dat I like the top loaders washing machines.

I do like the color of the new front loaders but dats about it..
why I dont like the machine itself, is because.

2. it reminds me of the laudromat, and bad memories..[img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif[/img]

3. when me feget fe add de soap and try open it, all de wata mighta spill out pon me floor, or worse yet, it have a safety feature that hinders me from opening it , once it starts..[img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img]



Is there any thing that is new on the market, that u dont particularily like or do like....

For those of us, that had stainless steel before, it is a *killer* fe clean..[img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70388-shameonyou.gif[/img]
I didnt want no stainless steel no more, so me opt fe de black appliances instead.

To me dem is prettier, and dem clean well, and dem just look good when dem installed....

I love my black kitchen appliances, easy to clean and I think they look nicer than stainless.

The front end loader washers look back breaking to me. I like the fact that they save water but yeah they remind me of the laundromat too. I can save water by not washing so much. Easy for me since I don't have little ones though!

I love wood floors though. I hate carpeting.

7's the front loaders have a button that is pushed when you want to open the door and add another piece of clothing. As Kia mentioned, the detergent is not added through the front door.

Front loaders are also more gentle on your clothes. The wringing (sp) and agitation of the top loaders are harder on your fabrics.

I don't care for stainless steel. They make the kitchen darker, I prefer a lighter kitchen and yes it is a pain to clean. Although they do have some fingerprint proof finish out there now.

Don't care for wood floors either. I didn't like cleaning them when I was growing up, that may be why I dislike them so.

Give me carpet or tile any day.

Lawd 7777 is wen was di laws time yuh look pan a front loader. I dont' have the humongous wan weh dem a sell now I started out with front loaders before dem become suh popular but the one I have you can still add the soap since it has a pull out drawer if yuh use liquid it wont be a problem and if you use powda soap juss put eeen di soap get a cup a water an pour it in deh an di soap will guh dung.

Di front loader will not mek wata run out pan yuh since it weigh di clothes an give u just enuff water dat yuh need so basically when u open it di water will still stay in it since di clothes soak it up anyway.

mi love mi front loader I can now wash many things that I couldn't put in the top loader plus dat agitator ting mash up yuh clothes man

Mi like di wood floor ting an mi plan fi wood di entire downstairs excluding di den all di living and dining room a wood what I hate is carpet [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/bexbad.gif[/img] Mi a try convice Mr. Marie fi mek wi puddung wood floor inna di master but mi nuh succeed yet.

I like Stainless steel appliances only with certain decor. I still have white :boring: [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-sleeping.gif[/img] but it do di job.

I hate those electric stove with the coil burners. I love the glasstop an mi have one 6 years now [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70371-jump.gif[/img]

anyway mi like a toxic free environment suh mi use wood floor, any area rugs are natural fibres too. mi cant breathe outa door suh indoor mi haffi can breathe.

as fi appliance whatever is energy efficient will do the trick.

Me had a bad habit of touching de coil a see if if it a heat up and bunning meself..[img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img]
Over time, the coils start give trouble, cus of the tekking it in and out fe cleaning, u mess up the mechanics, and before u know it, one or two of u coils nay work...

I want a wall oven thought of doing that downstairs but di man tek weh mi dungstairs kitchen chroo mi tek weh him workshop an tun it inna media room well dat is di plan wi still a quarrel ova every strikin ting aye sah.

upstairs I am working with limited space and I think the layout is efficient as is suh mi a guh give up di wall oven. I use axion (from yaad) pan di glass top and fi mi nuh have no ring cause mi careful fi nuh ovabwile nutt'n.
