why not use a color theme and plant based on the colors

u know from a ground perspective a person wont be able to visually make out the shape you are trying to create.

I would do one type of flowers all around the edge of the cut out so that you will have more definition of the shape. then fill it in however u like.

forget ur front lawn...like how u into music have the shape of the island of Jamaica laid into ur basement floor wid the pawt u come from hightlighted...wen u ha party it is di bomb to light up not to mention a great conversation piece...mi tryin to figga out how to have Kgn by nite projected over a balcony so dat a nite mi can siddung so read an look out ovah Kgn...fi real......

this would be more visible if yuh had a slope inna yuh yard and yuh do the shape inna the likkle hill/slope side suh yuh nuh haffi guh space fi seet

You know what you could do too? get rid of the lawn completely (make a patio or something out of and leave the grass part in the shape of the continent of africa

I am liking Kia's idea. use concrete with dye, and fill in desert adn jungle areas with yellow clay, lush greens etc. ;-)

Well mek mi tell unno dis, aftah de experience wid de lass house, having all dem african, jamaican pictures pan de wall an how ppl wouldn't buy de house fi a whole year till mi change sum pix wid some fu fool flowaz mi madda did have a fi har yaad.

Anyhow, mi not doing it fi ppl fi look an seh &quot;HEY that looks like Africa&quot; dat alone couldan run ppl. But for me I know and dats all dat matta. Tuh de eedyat dem outta road dem wi just tink seh a some funny hawse head shape ar sittin.

I do have a slight slope in de front and a huge slope down tuh de backyaad. Mi nuh waan duh kno jamaica sittin inna mi basement fi ha pawty. Aftah dis a nuh club inna basement. Dose who need fi kno weh mi deh wi kno an dem who kno me will enjoy mi likkle piece a Africa.

I decided Africa cah mi parents had an Island in de front a dem yaad in de shape a Jamaica suh, a suh it go.

yes when selling a house it is important to de personalize it so the buyer can picture themselves in it..


you can mulch the 'map of africa' and plant various green textured plants that way when u ready to sell it can be rounded out and extra plants added.

It gwan mek U happy, and like me girlfriend dem always a tell me..
when u live inna house, do what U want..
the next man wha buy u house, him a go come and change up change up anyway, so while u der, do wha u like and mek u self comfortable..
gwan go do the front inna de shape of africa..and put in u pretty flowers..
