so mi finally get di current mr ilp to paint the walls in the room that i want to turn into my library/reading room. open book shelves arrive on tuesday

it is time to decorate the rest of it...but i am at a loss for colors, etc.

suggestions...

the walls are painted in a color named asparagus (a light green).

as mi is kinna selfish ahn nu want nubaddy fi come in deh, mi was thinking a chaise (sp?) lounge kinda chair...

something kinna like this...but more cushiony...ahn in a diferent color

Are the booksheleves black? What is the brand of paint? What color is the trim? What else do you want in there?

the bookcase is a dark chocolate. the case is just like the one pictured, but it is 3 of them together.

the paint it behr.

the trim is white (eggshell)

i want that chaise chair

a desk

plants

lighting (as in lamps)

area rug

i am aiming for a warm escape for myself

WEll, maybe the cafe or the dark brown. What brand is the pain so I can go look at it tomorrow? Did you pick a rug yet? Anything else?

didnt pick a rug, but gonna do that this week when i go to look at lighting.

so you have green walls, chocolate brown bookshelves, I would suggest the chaise lounge in a lighter green or a camel colour because the desk will be dark as well.

Personally I like a neutral lounge with pillows to match the walls/decor because it is cheaper when you are updating the room.

i just got summen similar C&amp;B in bamboo for my library/office 1 bookshelf and one wid de laptop desk..I'm thinking of getting another bookshelf

yeh a dat dem duh wid futon, mi a look dat incase mi ha company, but mi want a nice sturdy one, cah some a dem flimbsy.

de place to new fi stawt paint mi ha so much work fi duh, mi a build new week, build studio dis fall etc etc, an nuh figget mi africa shape garden
