terzdeh de rafters cross de beam dem, notched out across dem fi more strent. yessideh wi finish dat since notching tek so much longer and we stawt pan de floor uppa top.

dis is di bomb the only thing wi do to this part of our deck is... nothing.

cant wait till the lower part of our deck gets replaced.

Not sure how deep you dug your holes but it is a good idea to go a little deeper than what the book says. My brother learned that the hard way. I know the depth depends on where you live and how far down the frost line goes but the numbers seem to be underestimated for some reason.

since de deck is over 8ft high off de ground I had to go down 4ft.
