yuh put up yuh tree yet ?

this year my tree will be all orange (like a burnished tone) even the star will be orange.

only 1 color lights, the yellow ones and they will not be blinking

cant badda wid the color color tings and tings

one live green wreath pan the front door and dat will be it.

just started this weekend

I changed up the color scheme last year from purple/green with gold accents to blue/white with silver accents

Considering I normally hate the color blue, I think I did a good job The house is covered in Christmas decorations already but the tree needs to be finished still.

Twiny will atest to my love of all things kitschy and Christmas-y

Oh yes:

I dont do real trees - always plastic. Doesnt make sense in my mind to kill a tree for a month. So artifical tree with the built in lights.

White lights only. Multi-color lights give me a headache.

Dont do the Kwanzaa thing.

Put the tree up Saturday nite(live one)
Color scheme is purple/gold, w/white lights.

Wreath on the front door, also put my son desk top tree he's had from he's 4yrs.

On the lawn four reindeers w/sleigh. Not putting lights around the house this year.

dis year we put up an artificial prelit tree

decorated wid pale rose & gold bulbs plus the ornaments made by the kids over the year

the 'chocolate' santas are up
wreath on the door

outside decorations not put up yet.. prolly next weekend

found some nice paper at ikea

cause if i had to use any more of that stale paper with santa on there (the one they sell EVERY year) i was gonna scream
