Design Flaw

[ILP]

as i am this household's laundromatic engineer
today i've been feeling particularly wuklass and ruing the fact that i still have to do my job.
it has occured to me that my laundry facility is not in the correct place. i spend a lot of time on the top floor of my home and would do better with the washer/dryer being upstairs near the beadrooms.

maybe something like this:


where fi oonu laundry facility placed in oonu house? basement, 1st floor near kitchen/garage, or upstairs? benefits? negative?

only negative is the nize if me a wash/dry at nite, and the children sleeping (doan seem to wake them up tho')

older house and madda live dungstairs so it downstairs

i was considering placing it upstairs but the noise & vibration became a factor so mi walk wid de basket dem

what level? you mean upstairs with the family room or bedroom?

kia so when you considered moving it? were you gonna have to do construction or you already have the hookups upstairs?

A friend just added a huge addition to her home. She has a basement (mostly storage), main floor and top floor bedrooms plus a nice family room with a kitchenette. On the top floor is the laundry area. This floor is where the clothes get put on and come off so that sounds so wonderful! I remember having basement laundry area and it sucked so bad sometimes I'd go to the laundromat as it was less work! My laundry is by my back door. That works for me as I hang my clothes on the line a lot of the year. Never would I do that if I had to carry them wet up stairs.

machines of today much quieter than ancient ones suh if it mek life easier move it up. if yuh not putting it next to an existing bathroom, a guess it gwine cost more fi lick dung walls and put in pipes.

what level? you mean upstairs with the family room or bedroom? </div></div> <span style="color: #3333FF">We have a ranch with a basement. Our main living area is the upstairs and the garage is in the basement. The washer and dryer is in the garage. </span>

mine is in the basement...my SIL new house have a likkle laundry room upstairs near di bedroom

my cousin has his in a closet in his kitchen
