I change my soil only fi fine out seh it look like it did full a fly.
an de fly de, dead off all de while but still nuff a fly up inna mi face.

eggs right all till mi a cuss dem off enuh

so mi learn seh dem love sweet wine, so I put some in a plastic bowl an chk de results.

Youput a dab of dishsoap pan yuh fingah and touch the wine to break de tension.

inna likkle while it will call de fly dem and they drink an drown een deh.

ok dis was good but it nevah stap de egg dem.
so next ting guh get some sand put dat bout 1/4" t0 1/2" on top of the soil, doing this will stop de baby dem fi able crawl troo de sand and de egg process will be stopped.

mek unnoo kno if dis all is true as I've read it pan hawticultural sites.

But it mussee a work cause there numbers have been cut down greatly. I guess I need to do the rest of the plants as well.
One a dem was infested so bad all yuh had fi duh was look inna de dirt an si tings eendeh a walk.

cussin at them don't work too well. soapy spray should make they gwey.

did you bring them in from outdoors?

move the infested plants away from the ones with no probs.

I change the soil because of plants that were outside.
Bought new soil, re potted plants, washed off the roots to elimante all contamination and opened fresh bag of soil.

I guess they were already in the dirt.

I've been using the soap spray for too long and it didn't kill much.
