swiffer Vacum Brooms

Is anyone else using one? Def recommend if you have wood /or laminate floors/floor Tiles /viynal of which we have all three.
Much better than an ordinary Vac .. It works in two ways Vac for the bits and the swiffer for any dust!

I use mine every morning and the floors look lovely!

i am confused..

How is this better than a vacuum other than the fact it is lighter? Regular vacuums pick up dust no?

There are some days I dont like dragging out the 19.7 lb vacuum and the swiffer vac does come to mind but I wonder how well it performs against a dyson?

they're better in two different ways firstly as you mentioned they are way lighter then your average Vac and because they trap dust at the same time it jus leaves the surfaces looking cleaner.

I'm not one to try anything just because its new .. but I did this and I'm very pleased. IMO before these came about the standard vac didnt work particularly well on hard surfaces anway.

Thanks Mariane I will give it a try. Some months ago I purchased the electrolux broom at Costco. It is a sweeper stick where the motor is a handvac that can be removed from the stick for small jobs. Well the handvac would not work without the stick after a few months resulting in me basically being stuck with an electric broom. Since I purchased it at Costco I was able to return the appliance without the receipt (costco was able to look it up using my member number) and I received a full refund.

This sweeper vac sounds like a more practical alternative!

i'll give it a try... been using regular broom and a hand held vac on the wood and tile floors
