after the mirror was taken down we were surprised with

The white cabinets were refaced by the previous owner and were literally falling off
We are replacing it with Maple cabinets in a light stain. A contemporary look.
Island in the kitchen will be longer and will contain the sink, dishwasher, and wine fridge
patio door was replaced today
new window (longer and a single casement)
and a two attic windows (high windows near the ceiling) on the wall that had the mirror that was covering the garden gate.
Appliances are new and will be reused.

i dont really see the need for a prep sink.
I am getting an instant hot water faucet though so easy to make hot chocolate at nights.
