you cannot be serious. i don't know anyone who doesn't understand that Target is pronounced Target....it's only jokers who call it Tarjay. i've never been to the midwest, but i can only tell you that here in the northeast...we know how to read

I am not arguing the point.

I asked someone where to buy something when I was there, the said "tarjay" I asked which store that was and the pointed us in the direction of Target and I busted out laughing thinking it was a joke (and a funny one) but they got pissy about it and said that is what it is called.

So it goes.
