help!!!! i don't know what this is

i was given a set of curtains. there is a pair of drapes. there is a valence. and there's this huge piece of something, over 100" wide at top, 130" wide at bottom....about 40" long. everything is nicely lined...what the heck is the big something?....some kind of swag thingie?

yes it is a swag that you drape around the valance, a popular style in the 80s

well, whatever it was....i sold the whole mess at a garage sale today for seven bucks.
