yes a row counter would come in handy dem mi wont have to be counting counting every minute. a Zeller mi did deh tonite i find dem have di same price as [CENSORED] but dem have bigger selection. Now that i know what to look for i will definitely pick dem up.

i was telling FT today that i wished they sold needles in a set....i saw a package at zellers tontie dat had about 3-4 diff sized but dem did look too cheap. some brite color see thru plastic looking ting dem never feel to sturdy. seemed more like child-safe/ pickney play ting.

But a set would be very convenient cus then you know u have a pair of each size u will ever need....and at 4-6 bucks a pair dam its starting to add up.

vannie those are some good tips. mi never know bout caps and row counters.

and di shawl ting. what u mean u nuh need fi cast on more than 30 stitch. mi nuh see u pic so maybe is some bulky yarn u talking

mi thinking u haffi cast on enuf fi go from one wrist,crass u back and to di nedda wrist. nuh so?

go to lionbrand site n wen u go in di adult section, pon di top whe u can search juss type een 'shrugs' n it wi show u di diffrant shrugs ...

di easiest one i was telling har is wen u juss knit one long rectangle and dem sew from eida end to whe u armpit start...

i say 30 stitiches cause u not dat wide across fi u wrist n wen u put on the shruc the back drops down below u neck line...now if u want it lower, u can stawt wid di less numbers fi accommodate u wrist and arms an wen it come to the back area increase the stitches and den decrease wen u finish wat will be the bak an start on the armpit to wrist section

I thought about a cowl with it at one point but I think I would use it as a scarf more often. I only wear cowls when it cold cold cold outside and I luv that yarn so much that I'd want to wear it more often. I'm good with a standard scarf with the varigated yarn.

she came tru di radio therapy n now doing di chemo...so far so good..the nex step is di bone marrow transplant wich is the really serious step...dat is scheduled fi March sometime..i'll be moving down r up to Calgary at that stage since she will be in ICS for the duration...tonx fi asking..
