that's a wise idea Yuri. It just does not pay to put your plants or seeds in the ground too early. The cold will stunt them and set them back.
still...if you have a hankering to get going...go ahead and plant some seeds. lettuce, spinach, peas.
Around here with seedlings, as i said before, we wait til memorial day...or the old rule of thumb....after the last full moon in may.
