How to get rid of chi chi

I have inherited a property and it has a lot of chi chi, not sure that I have spelt that right, the floor is wood, the doors are not wood apart from the main upstairs balcony door. I need to look at updating the property with anti chi chi materials, so any advice on that will be great. Also, last year when I was in JA, the upper wall had wasp nests around the outside of the property. There is a lot that will need to be done, but I will need to do it a bit at a time, so that I can rent a bit at a time. Many many more questions, but, this is a start.

sorry to laugh I saw the title and thought you meant something else....okay I guess you mean bugs right.

I know someone else will be along with some help on your bug problem.

If it is in Portland when it rentable send me a PM if it chi chi cured by November of this year
