Beautiful
I saw these in their glory in Colonial Williamsburg and they looked lovely over an old picket fence. But don't butterfly bushes also attract bees? I love bees but they can sting

The only thing in this bush are moths and butterflies now daddy put in a bush next to it that seems to attract the huge (non-stinging) bees. They don't even move when we go next to it, as they are busy doing whatever it is that they are doing.

See the bush here that attracts the bees. Now that I took the pictures, I see that butterflies are also attracted to the bush as well.

both shrubs are beeeeeuuuuuutifullll ILP. I've killed TWO butterfly bushes now...so i'm giving up. Jealous of your success there too.
