mi cant install mi new shower head

maybe mi need a wrench

i am trying to get the old hand held one off and one piece from the old one mi cannot get off

Maybe the old one has a lot of hard water deposits?? How about spraying a likkle Liquid Wrench, let it sit, and try removing the old shower head?

it's removing the "old" hand held to install the "new" handheld.

I tried the gloves before but no such luck.

so now maybe I need pliers or wrench
