one of my husband's friend believe in all these conspiracy theories. it's about 3 years now he's been warning me about how the gov't going to control my garden. just yesterday he came over and gave me a tube of organic toothpaste and once again got into <span style="font-style: italic"> "i know you don't believe but i have hard facts the gov't will be controlling what you grow in your garden very soon..."</span>
most times i will listen and sey "yeah... uhm uhm... oh really... lawd... so how the kids doing?"

BOULDER, Colo. &#65533; A woman gardening wearing only a yellow thong and pink gloves
has brought neighborhood complaints and new rules from a housing authority in Colorado.
Boulder Housing Partners plans to amend its rules so that tenants cover up when they're outside.
Several passers-by told Boulder police earlier this week that 52-year-old Catharine Pierce was topless
while tending to her yard.
Last year, she was threatened with eviction for gardening wearing only pasties(
<span style="font-style: italic">woohoo </span> ) and a thong.
Police responding to Wednesday's reports decided Pierce wasn't breaking any laws.
Robert Pierce said he'll fight changes that would keep
his wife from gardening outside topless, which is legal under state and city law.
"They're making a big mistake," he said.
Robert Pierce said the new rules wouldn't discourage
the couple. "We'll stay the way we have to stay," he said

fearmongering. video says the resolution governs the growth of vegetables for income, yet says this will impact him/her from growing vegetables for their own consumption or to give to neighbours (in other words, non-income gardening).Comment

This bill never became law. This bill was proposed in a previous session of Congress. Sessions of Congress last two years, and at the end of each session all proposed bills and resolutions that haven't passed are cleared from the books. Members often reintroduce bills that did not come up for debate under a new number in the next session.
