Tipping Delivery Drivers

After much whaling and gnashing of teeth Mrs. Milo has convinced me we need new furniture. Seems like the furniture I rescued a few years ago from a dumpster isn't working for her.

Anyway, I have never had much, if anything, like furniture delivered to my home in the past. I'm just wondering if it's customary to tip the delivery drivers?

I am probably wrong but when I bought my couches it was from a big furniture chain store and they charged me for delivery so No I did not tip the delivery men.

yes what tanya said.

is only when u moving, u tip the movers so that they don't drop u good vase or forget to give u back some of your furniture.

I tip them if they are Jamaican or are of colour but don't to anyone else esp if them wearing confederate headscarf

I should also add that i'm very cheap

so mr cb may tip on occasions where I would not.

Agree with Tanya.

However, if the furniture is particularly bulky and it involves something like taking the hinges off the door thru which to fit the item, or moving a heavy piece to make place for where I want the new furniture, then I would tip them for their extra effort.
