I am sitting in the first one as we speak... Its nice a comfortable for sitting for long periods.
The second chair are the ones we have in the conference rooms. They are comfortable, but not like the first one.
The important thing I think is how it feels on your back not your bottom and adjustable arm rests..

I thought the blue chair looked familiar. One of my co-workers was in a car accident and he was in pain constantly.. The company suggested the blue chair with the head support to keep his neck/spine in the correct position.
If you have relatively good posture, then the first one is Ideal.and it supports your head if you have to lean back that far...but if you feel fi rest or lean back sometime get the one with the Head Rest..
The first one also has a heavy base on it. The second one, if you turn to fast or sit in it wrong it going to Topple Over (seen it happen *grin*) because the base is not as steady.
Are you buying it in the store or ordering on line..I do know the company came out and kind of fitted us for the chairs, just making sure they were adjusted for the best fit.. perhaps they offer this if you get it in the store. or maybe they offered because we were buying so many

Yes D, as J.O. sey, dem very comfortable, but the main ting is whe dem good for is if yuh ah sit fi hours, yuh wont start fill it inna yuh back and legs. Dat can bi good or bad depending how yuh look pan ie.
Wi all need fi get up periodically tuh move around fi get di blood circulating properly, as well as, tuh gi yuh eyes ah break from di tedious work.
By di way, sounds like yuh ah look headrest fi tek nap, not wuk!Comment

sometime mi sidung a de console fi hours and hours an yes dere ar times weh jus put mi head back an 
mi always si big time studio have dem suh dem muss be dyam comfortable tuh, but mi neh kno seh dem cost almost as much as sum a de gear inna de studio tuhComment
