The dry Scotch Bonnet pepper seeds I found <span style="font-style: italic">after I sent out a cry for help</span> have sprouted.

The ones that Pepper sent were soaked for a few days, then planted in a big flower pot. They have not yet sprouted but I planted them two full weeks after the other set.

Pepper, one has sprouted I think because we are cooler here it is taking its time (like the callaloo)..

is not a weed dat sprouted

Skelly just remember to add water gradually, when what you put in dry out add some more water and keep them near sunlight like kitchen window or so. Please do not flood them with water

Well I have two sets of sprouted seeds.

Set one: Pepper's seeds. I took one sheet paper towel, folded it, put the scotch bonnet seeds along the fold line. Roll up the paper towel with seeds. Put them in a glass. Filled it halfway with water. Set on my window sill for about two weeks. Rolled out the paper towels and just planted them in a pot filled with MiracleGro potting soil. About three weeks later they sprouted in the photo above.

Set two:I had some seeds a cousin in Canada gave me in October 2011. I put these in the ground and watered. They have sprouted and seem to be doing well. The only problem is I planted them with some calalloo seeds and at this stage I cannot tell them apart from the calalloo. Here is the how they all look in a section of my raised garden bed. (In the lower left corner is cilantro.)
