UPDATE: Those were not pepper plants after all I believe they are weeds and the pepper seedlings died. I put them in the ground too early and then we had a cold snap. I'm going to try again and start them inside and keep them warm transplanting them when the outside temp is consistently 80 degrees.

buy a good pottinn mix, natt pottinn soil. ann noo miracle grow iss natt a good pottinn mix. mii buy good organic tings butt dem more xxpensive.
good pottinn mix ann fertilizers wukk bettar dan miracle grow fram mii trial errors. good mixture = good ting fe grow. reason y mii tart mii pepper seeds inn feb iss cah hatt peppahs luv hot weddar ann mii can place dem pon mii boiler. germination tekk at least tree weeks. den mii putt dem under mii shap lites less dan two inches fram de lites aftah dem germinate (sprout). mii dem keep dem undar lite until de weddar warm upp enuff fe putt dem outside. mekk sure de ground rich

I like the boiler room idea but we did it in a pot by the window waiting for them to germinate. We doan have a boiler and we have tankless wata heater (we energy efficient like dat) I like the idea you posted about the lights.. may haveto do that.. oddawise dem will just sit in the pot till it get hot
