So glad to see you still have Triton! I love his nickname Africa!!! I have never disguised that this is a very needy breed, this he will never outgrow. He will always need to know where you are and that you are OK. As he gets older he will settle in to a routine, but you will the the center of it. . Yes, he will settle down, Helga is now finally starting to settle down some at 16 months, but they need a LOT of hands on, and a lot of instruction because they are smart enough to absorb it. I am so relieved to see you are taking him to obedience. They really do need it, and and the beginners class is mostly for novice owners to teach YOU to train your dog, it is a win win. You might even want to continue with the next session, because once they train you to train your dog, then the next sessions cover training your dog, fine tuning as it were. It will shorten the length of time you have to spend teaching him in the long run as he will learn he has limitations and expectations. I will patiently wait for pictures, but I am DYING to see him! Great job!
Good morning & Yooohoooo Sandi! How is it going with Triton/Africa? I have been thinking about you two and wondering. Of course a pic would be a bonus but update please?
