there wasn't much really. a lot of the stuff i've seen before, eg. the Knock Off Shop is more or less across the street from me - they sell knock off designer pieces at pretty high prices.

saw some interesting lamps made out of plumbing parts. the cords were pretty nice but my mr. sue said they costs approx. $50 for the cord alone so for a cord with a bulp and a u-pipe you're looking $150.

i still don't know how some of these people make a living. it would be nice to see them succeed, but some of the ideas are just not comsumable. too much kitsch factor.

i did see an interesting union jack rug, but again the kitsch factor.

consider it as this: take a sampling from barnes and castle, homesense and any barbecue/outdoor supply store and it's pretty much feh. but i did get to wear a really nice outfit and got breakfast before hand. tomorrow i'll try and load up the handfull of pictures i took.

this is the lamp i loved mr. sue made me somewhat similar out of an old german camera tripod, if i remember i'll take pics and post.
