Dealing with Neighbour Bringing Nasty Dog to Do her Business in Front of my Apartment

I never noticed it before but she has been by twice today. She has brought her nasty dog on to my patio to relieve himself. She has a green plastic bag with her so she is cleaning up as I don't see anything left there. The only way I can know for sure if the dog is dong anything is to go right to the window but she will see me. Apparently, she can't see me sitting at my desk in the solarium.

How would you handle this? Tap on the window to let her know you are on to her? Man some of these dog owners are a trip.

I would kindly tell her to curb her dog and that you find it offensive that her dog is always going at your door.

Could you post a sign, "PLEASE CURB YOUR DOG" or "NO DOG DOODOO ALLOWED HERE"

Is she walking the dog onto the patio or is she at the curb with the dog in front of the patio?

If she is on your property then a sign to please curb your dog, or if you see her you could ask her to kindly curb her dog as you are highly allergic

Moth balls and amonia will work as J-Kid suggested, also cyan pepper sprinkled around the patio will also cause the dog to want to do its bizniz elsewhere.

Plain and simple, as Peasie and kia said... A sign or speak directly to the owner.

Most dog owners are very understandable to situation like this... they too don't like another neighbour's dog pooing in their driver way, front lawn, or worse (yikes!) patio.

I'm a dog owner but there was one neighbour whose dog would canter into my back yard and do a dollop in my garden. I spoke to him quite amicably about it and voila! no more fido coming into my yard to do his business. Unnu need fi be civil and layoff the chemical weapons. cho!

To get to my patio she has to leave the sidewalk, walk across the lawn and walk through bushes (not easy to do).

What will repel the dog without killing it or making it sick or leaving something that the Condo board will be able to detect?

Come come now, Tropicana personal may say things like that but the mouth and brain to which the fingers doing the typing are attached are not so stupid as to say that to anyone in real life.
