I thought this had died out. My son turned up like that a few weeks ago.
As per his grandmother's advice I said nothing.
I am now noticing that most of the Black young men I run into are wearing their caps turned backwards.

I notice once his hair was cut he stopped wearing the cap for a bit. So, seems mothers have little influence on wardrobe choices.
Well at least he is not dressing like the White young men with the perpetual shorts and flip flops. 
Why can't young men just dress normally?
