You have a daughter in her twenties...

she rents out your nicely finished basement with seperate entrance and all with her boyfriend and her daughter.

they never pay there rent in full, OR ON TIME.
they come up and borrow your stuff ie vacuum, blender, dutch pot etc. and dont return it.

they smoke ganja downstairs when your not home and you smell it through the vents when you come home.(theres a no smoking in the house rule)

she hasnt looked for a job since she got layed off, in 4 months, and there cell phone bill is a priority. and her boyfriend sits on his butt and wont look a proper job.

now, your renting to them for say $600 a month and the going rate for the type of rental in you neighborhood is $800 and up.

what would you do?

yeah it rough cause you want her to live her life yet you want to protect ar. Maybe she should go to counseling while she is looking for work -- so she learn dat har boyfriend is not the right person for her.. .
