My son brought home a waiver from the school rock climbing gym.
In it, it basically said that they would not be held responsible if anything happened to the kid, even if <span style="font-style: italic">the gym's</span> equipment was found to be faulty.
They said they understand that the undersigned would be giving up their rights but a just so it go.

Now, you tell me, would you sign? Apparently, most parents have... and it leaves me to wonder if parents really read these things before putting down their mark...
