Etiquettish question

There are 4 girls that teamed up to put together an act for a school show. Girl A's parents have a place where the girls could practice and also knew a teen girl who studies dance to teach the girls a routine.

Girl B, GirlC and GirlD's parents basically would drop the girls off to the rehearsal location and pick them up when done.

Traditionally at the end of the show the teenager would get a nice gift card as a thank you for her time and effort.

What I found out is that Girl A's parents have been paying the teen $20 a lesson and when the other parents found out they said 'No don't worry about it'.

My question is would it still be appropriate to give something to the Teen for teaching the class and if so , how much?

and

What would be an appropriate gift to Girl A's parents for donating the rehearsal space and paying the teen all this time?

I wouldn't give likka unless I am absolutely sure that they are drinking people...

Maybe a gift certificate to a restaurant so de whole family can enjoy it together... after grampa passing they probly could use an evening out anyway.

and I think your idea of the Coach gift cert for the teen is fine.
