teefing daycare?

I am starting to think the daycare that adale is a big rip off ... right now i am paying extra for a 3 day per week kindergarten prep (sometimes mi wonder if them really doing anything). Now he is going to kindergarten in Sept and a daycare that I had contacted 6 months ago before I moved called me to say they have a space so I decided to check my options for the FI program at the school near there. The day care fees for kindergarten including before and after school care pick up and drop off is $560 7am-6pm opening hours. Now after I went to the open house last night only to realise that the school he is registered in and the one i was checking out are in the same zone and they work together especially for the FI program so he cant register in both so scratch that option.

I decided to ask the director at the current day care how much his fees would be in September the ooman say the same as it is now. Unno no think this ooman is a teef. All of the other day care them that mi check have lower fee for kindergarten although it not as cheap as for the children who are in grades 1-6. and they all have better opening hours so I can get him there and get my bus to work without rushing. Just found out last night that they have one at the school which is across the road from me but the wait list long from yahso to choocoo.

but babylon philosophy wi a live under- which says its ok for everyone to leave the home &amp; leave the care of the younger ones to virtual strangers;
until that philosophy's regime changes we will have all these yutes being raised without much input from their actual parents

Why is it that I thought they were saying that the wife should stay home with the children until school-age and they all live comfortably on the husband's income?

Not again. Reaganomics reduce the wages of workers to th epoint until even with both working, they can't afford day care. neither can the wife afford to stay home with thes kid any more.

twined having done some day care wid mine, I wouldnt call dem teef. depending on the area located, program offered (french etc) and overhead costs, some are just cheaper than others.

them nah do a thing different and every other one mi check have different fee for kindergarten ... the extra they do now I pay for that separate from the day care fee ... In fact one of the others have a longer way to go to take him to and from school.

What mi really asking is if unno think them teef fi a charge mi the same money when him there full time as when him go school

Yuh si mi have a problem with the idea that every mother/father fi stay home with pickney because is not all of wi make up so ...even if the ooman/man income enough the thought make mi want to pull out mi hair.

dat is why dem have preK and Kindergarten so the kids get some play &amp; learning time in.. but it is only certain hours then you have to deal with before/aftercare which is usually a different set of people and the cost structure is different.

no i don't...right now i live in the system...but if i could i would rather do that than send them off to other people everyday to take care of; the system is a fraud

i can dig it...my thing is that parents (at least one of them) should at least have the opportunity to raise their own children at daytime if they want to without facing economic ruin...
at certain times in history this was possible...but now we have accepted that we have to hand off our children to day care...
i've seen some horror stories of things that have taken place in some day care...i also don't doubt that is why so many of our young people are running wild with no morals or values..
