mi juss sick and fed up a the ooman dem weh work wid mi man cho \0/. i usually try to use west indian ladies, they are always in college suh mi figure the money will help dem wid books and so on but lawd dem and dem attitude.

the way dem a gwaan is like dem a get pay below market rate and a scrub out oven and mop floor wid cokenat brush \0/


all they are asked to do is pick up child from school, take to activities and play dates in the neighborhood. if there are no activities scheduled then playground or stay in (depending on weather) or walk round the neighborhood if dem want.

obviously clean up after themself. all dat from 3-6:30 and somtimes 7. mi juss wonder if all dat too complicated fi dem.

Forget bout hiring someone simply because they are the same ethnicinity as yourself, hire someone who you think will do the job. Just because someone look like you or from your neck of the woods does not mean they have your/child interst at heart.

Have no children but if I did would not hire a manny...not my comfort level, but each to their own.
