Standardize tests

received the grades from our "first" standardize test today

the standard is a 3 and above (passing)to move on to the next grade I think

dont know if mi fi frame dem or juss file dem


4= 703-770
3= 650-702
2= 624-649
1= 470-623

my baby got a perfect score on the math = 770

The teacher gave mi the results this morning when I dropped her off and after I got over my initial shock I was like

are these tests she took in the spring? how come unno get results so quick

last year boyKia got his results in late september. He took the tests in April -- NJ for ya

yes kia the ones in the spring. mi did think dem slow with the results but den govt always slow.

how dat work a NJ ? cause nuh these tests determine if the kids get left back ? therefore mi think is why dem grade dem suh quick over here.

her little cousin in FL got high (if not perfect scores) on the FCAT too.

I must say that I thought the English would have been higher than the math scores

well on to the grade 4 and more tests.

u know i thought BB's math scores would be higher than his english .but it didn't work out that way..

I doan think the standardized tests determine if dem left back or not.

We always got the grades in the summer or *gasp* late september
