De adda ting mi find is, during and afta de pregnancy mi stomach get extra easy fi sick - especially afta mi eat.

Mi deh yah a look pon de big ol hawse steering bwoy ho much years later, an still affi mek sure say mi have gum or mentoes pon mi cawse mi neva knoa when de upset stomach a go tek...
