besides, di strain pan yu baddy. your teeth will suffer dashy, trust mi pan dah wan deh. if you have your kids this&gt;&lt;close, your body has no choice but to draw calcium from your teeth and bones fi mek baby. if you eat like a tiger/lion/other carnivore, you might do fine, but human beings just ain't like that.
