Has had no contact what so ever with your child since age of 6 months.

Meanwhile you struggle an manage to raise child, find the man of your dreams, married, and husband adopt child.

Years and years later Child is now early teens, yu buck up di sperm doner's brother.
He says he want's to have a relationship wid his nephew/neice and so does his parents.

Would you allow/encourage it?

What would you tell your child?

Why all of a sudden them interested in the child. I would let the child know of his &quot;family&quot; via the sperm donor and later on he can decide if he wants to interact with them. I have a nephew that I never knew about until recently and that is a whole different story. If they knew about him and made no effort to be in his life mek them GDAB.

Not to make any excuses for them but they didn't really know the mother they only knew of her and had met the kids once when they were newborns. I doubt they even knew her last name.
