A group of lawmakers will gather Friday in Mount Clemens to announce legislation for a child abuse registry in Michigan.Thousands of signatures have been collected in the hopes of making a registry similar to the sex offender registry. The list would be made public and include the names of anyone who has been charged with child abuse.
