well month after month he goes over his text limit - 200 messages and the charge appears on <span style="text-decoration: line-through">our</span> my bill
yesterday i called ATT and they investigated how the Smart Limit text message limit works and after much twisting and turning
they admitted it doesn't do a thing
so i got a supervisor on the phone and walked her through the scenario
and guess what?
i got a refund of $117.36 for all the months i used smart limits
also found out that FOR FREE you can have media net controls put on your child's phone for content (no x-rated sites) and no purchases
sometimes it pays to fight city hall . . .
